Caesar Dressing

  • 1 cup mayo
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsps anchovy paste
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 large 12″ tortillas or burritos
  • Additional grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Season the thinly sliced chicken breasts evenly with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to enhance their natural flavors.
  2. Prepare breading stations: Place the flour in a shallow dish, beat the eggs in a separate shallow dish, and put the Italian breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish for easy dredging.
  3. Bread the chicken: Coat each chicken breast first in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally press it into the breadcrumbs, ensuring a thorough and even coating.
  4. Heat the oil: Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to prepare for frying the chicken to a golden crisp.
