Cold Foam
- 3 tbsp whipped cream cheese
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp whole milk
Cold Brew Coffee
- 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- Ice cubes, as desired
Topping
- 2 tbsp cocoa puffs cereal
Instructions
- Make the cream cheese cold foam: Add the whipped cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup, heavy cream, and whole milk to a small jar or container. Using a milk frother, froth for about 1 minute until the cream cheese is fully incorporated and smooth. Set aside the foam.
- Prepare the cold brew coffee: Pour 1 ½ cups of cold brew coffee into a tall glass. Stir in 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup until well combined. Add ice cubes to fill the glass as desired.
- Assemble the drink: Spoon the sweet cream cheese cold foam on top of the cold brew coffee. Finish by sprinkling 2 tablespoons of cocoa puffs cereal over the foam for a crunchy texture. Serve immediately and enjoy.

- Use full-fat cream cheese and dairy for the richest foam texture.
