Instructions
- Make the Lavender Cold Foam: In a small jar or container, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, lavender syrup, and purple food coloring if using. Froth the mixture for 10-20 seconds using a milk frother until it becomes thick and foamy. Set aside to use as a topping.
- Prepare the Iced Chai: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the chai tea concentrate over the ice, followed by the milk of your choice. Stir gently to blend the chai and milk evenly.
- Assemble and Serve: Spoon the prepared lavender cold foam over the top of the iced chai mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, floral iced latte.
