- 80g dairy-free dark chocolate
- 70g vegan condensed milk (room temperature)
- 20ml dairy-free milk (room temperature)
- 40g all-purpose/plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 20g dairy-free dark chocolate chips

- Vegan butter (for greasing ramekin)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 180°C fan (350°F) and lightly grease a 0.3L mini ramekin with vegan butter to prevent sticking.
- Melt the chocolate: Fill a small saucepan with water and place it on the hob over low to medium heat. Place the dairy-free dark chocolate into a heatproof bowl and set it over the saucepan, allowing the chocolate to gently melt without burning.
- Combine wet ingredients: Once melted, pour the chocolate into a mixing bowl along with the vegan condensed milk and room temperature dairy-free milk. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Add dry ingredients: Sift in the flour and baking powder to the wet mixture, stirring until you achieve a gooey, shiny brownie batter consistency.
- Fold in chocolate chips: Gently fold the dairy-free chocolate chips into the batter to distribute them evenly.
- Assemble the brownie: Pour about half of the batter into the prepared ramekin. Spoon a dollop of vegan Nutella or chocolate spread on top, then cover with the remaining batter.
- Top with chocolate chips: Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on the top for added texture and richness.
- Bake: Place the ramekin in the middle of the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, until the brownie top is raised and shiny but still soft inside.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and enjoy the brownie hot or warm. For extra indulgence, serve with a scoop of dairy-free ice cream and drizzle with more melted vegan chocolate spread if desired.
